Since coming to office in 2007, the Labor Government has been driving real and lasting change for Indigenous people in the Northern Territory.

More houses, more police, more teachers, more health services and health workers and more Indigenous jobs have been delivered through many Australian Government initiatives.

Of course there is much still to be done, and the Government remains committed to continuing to progress much-needed change on the ground in consultation with communities and responsive to their concerns and needs.
